Cesar Vega & Daysi Rincón
Chefs Cesar and Daysi are the visionary chefs behind some of Puerto Rico's most exciting dining experiences. After honing his craft in Miami at SushiSamba and Pubbelly, Chef Vega returned in 2018 as Executive Chef of Positivo at Dorado Beach, A Ritz-Carlton Reserve.
In 2021, the duo launched Godai by Sakana Isakaya, Suite 101 Omakase, and Taberu to Go, redefining San Juan's culinary scene with their innovative blend of Japanese and Puerto Rican flavors.
