Puerto Rican food can stand side by side with any modern cuisine in the world. I have dedicated my life to reviving our traditions by teaching new generations to honor the past and open themselves up to the future. Throughout various programs I have pushed to involve new generations within the profession I love; I want them to take pride in what makes us different and unique — our food.
