Chef Juan Peña is a Puerto Rican culinary leader with over two decades of experience shaping elevated dining experiences across the island and beyond. Trained at the Instituto Culinario de Puerto Rico, his career has included executive roles at esteemed kitchens such as Trois Cent Onze in Old San Juan, Fern at St. Regis Bahía Beach Resort, work with Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Daniel Boulud in New York, and leadership at COA in Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve—all before stepping into his current role as Executive Chef of the iconic Condado Vanderbilt Hotel, where he infuses refined technique with seasonal local ingredients to elevate every culinary offering.
