Meet the Talent

Monti Carlo is a Puerto Rican author and Telly Award-winning food media personality. Her latest cookbook, Spanglish, will be published by Simon & Schuster's Simon Element in the spring of 2026. Monti hosts Let's Eat for AMP and co-hosts Best Bite Wins alongside Josh Peck on Roku. You can also catch her doing her best not to talk with her mouth full on Netflix, Food Network, Cooking Channel, and PBS. Monti is honored to work with the prestigious James Beard Foundation as a Broadcast Media Awards judge and committee member.
