Meet the Talent

Chef Ventura Vivoni, born in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico, is a renowned chef, entrepreneur, and television personality. Creator of Travesías con Sabor, he has represented Puerto Rican cuisine on platforms like Food Network and international media. He is the owner of ¡Ay Qué Rico! Fonda Gourmet, offers private chef services, and leads his product lines Chulería en Pote and Despierta Boricua Coffee.

A natural-born artist, Vivoni also expresses his creativity through painting, music, singing, and drawing—bringing a unique artistic vision to his culinary work. He is currently developing a new restaurant concept, continuing to expand his culinary footprint.

Chef Vivoni is also recognized as a celebrity judge in BBQ competitions and gastronomic festivals. He has participated in major events such as the Puerto Rico Wine & Food Fest, bringing his expertise, passion, and refined palate to stage.
