Hosted by Scott Conant, Geoffrey Zakarian, Wilo Benet, and Jason Neroni, the evening is shaped by four distinct culinary voices. Conant's refined Italian sensibility, Zakarian's timeless and sophisticated approach to American cuisine, Benet's modern interpretation of Puerto Rican gastronomy, and Neroni's bold, globally inspired creativity come together in a progression that feels both elevated and intentional.
The experience is complemented by an extraordinary lineup of prestige cuvées, including Moët and Chandon Grand Vintage, Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame, Dom Pérignon Blanc and Rosé, and Armand de Brignac Rosé. Each is selected to enhance and elevate the progression of the menu, offering nuance, texture, and a sense of occasion throughout the evening.
Alongside these celebrated champagnes, guests will also explore a rare collection of wines from Joseph Phelps Vineyards and Bodega Numanthia. The lineup includes Joseph Phelps Sauvignon Blanc 2023, Cabernet Sauvignon 2022, and Insignia 2021 and 2022, alongside Termes 2022, Numanthia 2020, and Termanthia 2017. These selections introduce depth and structure, expanding the experience beyond champagne to showcase exceptional terroir and craftsmanship from Napa Valley and Toro.
