There, he also served as a featured chef at The Meadows of Napa Valley Wine, further refining his signature style rooted in precision and innovation.

Chef Eichler has earned recognition in Frommer's Guide – Puerto Rico and Los Grandes Chefs de Puerto Rico, and holds the prestigious distinction of being a member of the Chefs Hat Award Hall of Fame.

Currently at Bottles, Chef Eichler continues to captivate discerning guests with his elevated cuisine. His sesame-crusted ahi tuna and classic bananas Foster have garnered exceptional acclaim, particularly during his signature sundae brunch experiences—where technique, flavor, and presentation converge in a truly memorable dining performance.
