With over 20 years of experience in beverage distribution across Puerto Rico and international markets, this seasoned wine professional has built a career rooted in both hospitality and global wine expertise. A graduate of Universidad de Puerto Rico en Carolina with a degree in Hotel Administration, they later earned an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico.

They hold prestigious certifications as a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers in New York and as a Certified Specialist of Wine from the Society of Wine Educators. Their professional journey includes leadership roles such as Regional Manager for the Caribbean at Stansfeld Scott and Supervisor On-Premise at V. Suárez & Co., Inc..

Currently serving as Director of Imported Wines at B. Fernández y Hnos., they continue to shape the wine landscape in Puerto Rico through strategic distribution, education, and a deep passion for the industry. Their career began in hospitality at The Ritz-Carlton San Juan, laying the foundation for a lifelong dedication to excellence in wine and service.
