Meet the Talent

Jason Santos serves as Director of Education for JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery, bringing a deep background in fine dining, hospitality leadership, and wine education. Prior to joining JUSTIN, Jason held the roles of Fine Dining Manager and Sommelier at the Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay, a Forbes Five-Star resort, and served as Director of Administration for a Sonoma County restaurant group. His career has taken him across the United States, building a broad perspective on luxury hospitality and wine service. Jason is a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, where he earned his culinary degree. At JUSTIN, he oversees elevated tastings and tours, authors tasting notes for new vintages, and manages the winery's cellar and historical archives. He also leads internal and external wine education initiatives across all three The Wonderful Co. Wine brands: JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery, Lewis Cellars, and Landmark Vineyards. In addition to his educational leadership, Jason regularly travels domestically and internationally to work with key trade partners and consumers, strengthening brand presence and engagement. During his tenure, he has played an integral role in developing service standards and training programs that contributed to The Restaurant at JUSTIN earning a MICHELIN Star, Forbes Five-Star, and AAA Five-Diamond recognition.
