Meet the Talent

A native of the New York and New Jersey area, Sean Sullivan has built his career within some of the region's most respected wine programs. He began in the New Jersey wine community, most notably serving as Head Sommelier at the Wine Spectator Grand Award–winning Pluckemin Inn in Bedminster.

Transitioning to New York City, Sean held a sommelier role at WS New York, a private members club in Hudson Yards developed in collaboration with Wine Spectator. He later led the wine program at Fotografiska in Manhattan, overseeing multiple concepts including Veronika, Bar Veronika, and Chapel Bar.

Sean currently serves as Head Sommelier at ZZ's Club NYC, a Major Food Group concept behind acclaimed restaurants such as Carbone, The Grill, and Torrisi. He also contributes sommelier services for the Brooklyn Nets at Crown Club.

Outside of service, Sean is passionate about wine education, regularly curating private tastings and leading classes that bring a deeper understanding of wine to a wider audience.
